Much like Ralph Lauren elevated fashion to an aspirational yet attainable level, Tay Harlan’s pieces inhabit a realm where exclusivity and approachability intertwine. These one-of-a-kind works are designed for those who seek the extraordinary, yet they are not entirely beyond reach.

The launch of the Neon Cowboy collection is a direct evolution from the enthusiasm sparked by the NCC pre-launch series. The collection consists of 121 pieces. In the earlier phase of Tay Harlan Gallery—much like a beta test in tech—each piece had western titles and One-off codes ranging from 1 to 121, allowing experimentation and discovery. The positive response to that initial run gave me the confidence to refine and expand. Now, the official Neon Cowboy Collection is soon to be released and thoughtfully structured, with each piece sequentially numbered—Neon Cowboy 1, 2, and so on.

The Premium Select Series aligns more with tradition and legacy art markets, where pieces may achieve an exceeding amount. Although are mission is to democratize the art market, we are still in the business of creating fine art. These select works tap into that enduring tradition, offering art enthusiasts a chance to participate in a more timeless, investment-oriented realm. At the same time, we continue to offer a range of accessible works, ensuring there’s always something at a more approachable price. This dual approach allows both casual collectors and long-term investors to engage with the Tay Harlan brand—whether they’re seeking everyday inspiration or a lasting legacy.

These galleries are falling like dominoes in the year 2026 and many are going out of business because of this pretentious, arbitrary and highly artificial business model that they've insisted on upholding.
